Searches carried out in Craigavon

A 55-year-old man has been arrested as part of a police investigation into serious crime.

He was detained in the Newry area earlier today.

A number of searches are being carried out in Newry and Craigavon.

A spokeswoman for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said: “There are no further details at present.”
