Serious sexual assault
Detectives are appealing for information following a report of a serious sexual assault in the Shipquay Street/Magazine Street area of Londonderry in the early hours of Saturday, February 18.
It is believed that between 12.30am and 1.15am, a young woman was assaulted by an unknown male, described as being approximately 20 years old, 5’6”tall, slim build, with short fair hair spiked at the front and spoke with a local Derry accent. He was wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans and a black t-shirt with a checked shirt over it.
