Teen robbed shop court is told

A teenager charged with the robbery of a mobile shop Moss Park between January 13 and 14, was remanded in custody until February 12 when he appeared at Londonderry Magistrates Court.

Conchur Robert Boyle (19), of Moss Park, was also charged with aggravated burglary. It was alleged that a bat was used during the incident and £42 worth of cigarettes were stolen.

A PSNI officer told the court she believed she could connect Boyle to the alleged offence.
