Teenager pleads guilty to assault
A Coagh teenager has pleaded guilty to an assault charge.
Seaghda Patrick Martin McCusker (19), of Ballygillen Road, Ballinderry Bridge, admitted assaulting a man, causing him actual bodily harm on November 28 last year.
A defence lawyer asked the court for CCTV evidence of the incident to be produced by the prosecution prior to the hearing.
A PPS barrister gave an undertaking to provide the CCTV evidence.
District Judge Alan White adjourned the case until November 23 to fix a date for a hearing.
