Theft of dog statue

Police in Coleraine are appealing for information about the theft of a statue of a dog in Portstewart.

The stone statue is of a dog that passed away some time ago and is of huge sentimental value to the resident.

The incident happened between 1.50am and 2.20pm on Sunday, April 26.

The statue was stolen from a balcony of a flat at the Promenade by a man who then got into a red Volkswagen Golf. It was driven off by another person towards Portrush.
