Thefts in Foyle District

A black Ford Focus collided with a silver Vauxhall Astra parked next to Alexander House on Bishop Street Without between midday and 12.30pm on August 17. Minor damage caused however police are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area during that half hour period and witnessed the incident. The driver of the Focus failed to remain at the scene.

Meanwhile, 15 wheelie bins were stolen from St John’s PS on Blighs Lane sometime around August 15. The bins are a mixture of grey and blue.

A grey Skoda Octavia was stolen during a burglary at a dealership in Eglinton during the early hours of August 22. It was abandoned at a business park on the Tullyally Road around 1.45am.
