Three charges levelled

Three charges linked to disorder in Cooksown have been put to a man at court.

Declan John O’Boyle, 29, from Church Street in Rasharkin, is accused of disorderly behaviour, resisting police and assault on police.

The three charges are alleged to have happened at James Street in Cookstown on October 16th.

A police constable told the court that he believed that he could connect the defendant to the three charges.

District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until November 16th for the defendant’s attitude.
