Alwin Ernest Steele (35) of O’Neill Park, admitted a charge of possessing the drug on July 19, 2018.

Prosecuting counsel said police stopped the car in the Sandholes area and located the canister which contained 13 grams of herbal cannabis with an approximate street value of £130.
