Trial for conspiracy
A Londonderry man has been sent for trial on foot of charges of conspiracy to fraud and concealing criminal property.
Before Londonderry Magistrates Court was Mahoney (28), of 372 Carnhill, who appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Court on Tuesday last.
He was charged with conspiracy to commit fraud with others between April 2008 and April 2013. He was further charged with acquiring criminal property between April 2008 and April 2013 and concealing criminal property, namely £82,000, on May 2011.
