‘Unprovoked’ headbutt
POLICE are appealing for information following an assault that occurred on Main Street, Maghera last Sunday morning.
At around 2am, a 45-year-old woman walked out of a take-away when she was head butted in an unprovoked attack by another woman. The assailant is believed to be in her 40’s with blonde hair.
Police say the area was busy at the time and there were customers in the take-away shop who would have witnessed the incident. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
