Urinated in view of public
A MAN who urinated in view of members of the public has been fined at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
Colin John David McKeever of Ashbourne, Castledawson was observed by police relieving himself in Union Street carpark on March 9th last. A prosecution solicitor said that the incident happened at around 7.30pm and took place whilst a “large number” or people were in the vicinity. A defence solicitor said McKeever apologised to the officers at the time an said his client thought he was out of view. District Judge Des Perry ordered McKeever to pay a fine of £75.
