VIDEO: Police press conference following Scott Vineer assault
POLICE held a press conference on Thursday to appeal for witnesses to come forward following the attack on Scott Vineer.
Scott, 17, who is autistic, was left in a critical condition after he was repeatedly kicked in the head during the attack last week.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the assault.
