Westlife star Kian set for Cookstown

The Flying Without Wings star, who enjoyed global fame during 14 record-breaking years with Westlife, is performing an exclusive DJ set on Fruday, November 16th where he will be getting up close and personal with revellers in the sleek music venue.

Kian shot to fame with boyband Westlife in 1998. The band went on to become one of the most successful groups of all time, selling over 50 million records worldwide.

Songs like ‘If I Let You Go’, ‘I Have A Dream’, ‘Uptown Girl’, and ‘What About Now’ helped Westlife hit 14 UK Number 1’s and 25 Top 10 singles. They also received the publicly voted Record Of The Year four times, more than any other artist in history.

Westlife toured the globe, regularly playing stadiums with crowds of up to 85,000 people. They are listed as the third most successful boyband in history (UK charts and single sales) and have secured millions of fans across the planet.

Away from his duties with Westlife Kian co-managed Irish girlband Wonderland alongside Louis Walsh, and is currently a coach on RTE television programme The Voice Of Ireland.
