Witness appeal after young man assaulted

After a young man was assaulted while riding his bicycle in Gosford Forest Park near Markethill, the PSNI has appealed for witnesses.

After a young man was assaulted while riding his bicycle in Gosford Forest Park near Markethill, the PSNI has appealed for witnesses.

Police said the young male was attacked on Sunday November 1 at around 9.20am.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “This assault involved a gentleman described as in his 50s, approximately 6ft tall, brown short beard, wearing all black with a white and orange beenie cap.
