Magherafelt Magistrates Court heard on Wednesday that the charge arose out of an incident at Crawfordsburn, Maghera, on April 27.

Imposing the penalties, District Judge Peter King remarked that it was “a significant reading” and given the defendant’s history she would not be suitable to take part in the drink-driving rehabilitation course.
