Crimes in Moyle area

Police in the Moyle area have seized a vehicle for having allegedly having no insurance in Bushmills at around 5pm on Tuesday 01 October.

The message from police is that non insured cars will be seized with no second chances being offered.

Meanwhile, police are investigating after a vehicle parked in Ann Street, Ballycastle had a window smashed. The suspected criminal damage was thought to have happened in the early hours of Saturday 05 October or late the previous night. Police are appealing for witnesses.

And a report of home heating oil having been stolen from a holiday home in the Whitepark Road area was received.
