'˜Crushed' vehicle warning after car park incident

It follows a report last night from a member of the public in relation to a vehicle spinning wheels in a car park.

Local policing team officers from D Section caught up with the driver who was issued a ticket, given licence points and a fine. Police, in a Facebook post, added that a warning notice was served that any repeat and “we’ll be seizing the car and it could be crushed”.

“Take some advice, if you didn’t do it during your driving test you shouldn’t be doing it now,” the PSNI stated.

“We are your police service, while we are dealing with people driving like fools we can’t catch the person dealing drugs or breaking into houses.”
