Culdaff Bay unitamong NW lotsup for auction

A terraced house with stunning views of Culdaff Bay will be auctioned with a reserve of just 80,000 euros in Dublin at the end of the month.

The property, at 1A The Warren, Culdaff, which is located just across the road from Culdaff beach in North Inishowen, is one of the lots in the latest Allsop auction in the RDS.

The perfectly located Culdaff property is an end of terrace four bedroom two-storey house with a garden out the back.

If a beachside property with Atlantic views doesn’t entice you, you might like to bid for The Tavern, in William Street, Raphoe, a pub, which is being offered with a reserve range of between 75,000 and 85,000 euros.

A semi-detached property in Meetinghouse Street, also in Raphoe, will go under the hammer for just 20,000 euros.

A farm cottage in Coolcross between Clonmany, Ballyliffin and Carndonagh is available for 40,000 euros.

Further west, a vacant house at Cloghbolie, Leitirmacaward, in The Rosses gaeltacht is reserved for 35,000 euros.

Allsop’s latest auction will take place in Dublin on June 30.

Over 150 houses, apartments and commercial properties will go under the hammer.

The total value reserved for properties is almost 30million euros.

Robert Hoban, Commercial Director and Auctioneer said: “In this latest catalogue, we have assembled over 150 lots in total. A strong Dublin showing sees a large portion of the 61 houses and 13 apartments located in the greater Dublin area. A number of land lots will provide opportunity for the developer and speculator.”
