Cultural day set for hub

Experience music, dance and taste the culinary delights from around the world at the ‘Celebration of Culture’ event at Brownlow Community Hub on Saturday, March 29.

This free event, organised by Craigavon Borough Council, in partnership with Unify-solutions, Craigavon Intercultural Programme, Wah Hep, BELONG and the Department of Social Development takes place from 1pm to 4pm.

Throughout the afternoon, Indian and Irish dancers will be putting their best foot forward to entertain the crowds with traditional dance moves, while music lovers will be able to indulge in performances of Portuguese and traditional Irish music.

Why not get involved and take part in some of the diverse and colourful Polish, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Chinese New Year and Migrant Photography Project themed workshops, browse through the Craigavon Travellers Support Committee and Ulster Scots information stands or savour the delights of the variety of food on offer. Fun, food and entertainment for the whole family!
