CWU re-opens with gospel praise evening

Gospel Tenor Paul Irwin from Ballinamallard will be taking part in the first of their new season of meetings at Lisburn CWU Mission Hall in Market Street with an Evening of Gospel Praise this Saturday September 6.

Paul is one of Northern Ireland’s top Gospel recording artists and has recorded four CDs.

His last one ‘Forgive Me’ includes ‘He could have called 10,000 Angels’ and ‘Thank you for the Cross’.

Nineteen year old Judith Beattie from Poyntzpass will also be appearing. It will be Judith’s second visit to the Hall. Her voice impressed everyone so much she has been asked to return.

The Watchmen Gospel Singers from Donacloney will also be bringing messages in song.

Chairman Pastor Jackie Hughes who ministers at Ballykeel Baptist Church will also be there. He will also bring the Epilogue.

There is no admission charge but there will be a Freewill Offering taken for the work of Lisburn CWU Mission Hall. Supper will be served to everyone at the end of the evening. A warm welcome is extended to attend this special occasion and to arrive early.
