Daft duck delights

QUESTION: When is a duck not a duck?

Answer: When it is virtual phenomenon.

And that’s what has happened to Crackie the Call Duck, which featured on the front page of last week’s Londonderry Sentinel – he has become an online sensation – with hundreds of bemused browsers logging onto the Sentinel website, to watch him waddle after his owner, Alan Britton, from Drumahoe, while he cuts the grass, while close to 100 people have logged onto YouTube to watch the video.

Crackie even found fame on the small screen after his appearance on the Sentinel website, filmed by a news crew from the BBC for the evening news and his cute but bizarre behaviour was even discussed on local radio.
