Damage to cars parked at churches

Police in Antrim are appealing for information about damage and theft incidents involving cars parked in church grounds at Toomebridge and Randalstown.

On Saturday, October 31, criminal damage was caused to vehicles parked at three churches.

At Drummaul Parish Church, Randalstown, two tyres of a car were slashed.

Meanwhile, at Second Donegore Presbyterian Church, Parkgate, a rear window of a car was broken and handbag stolen.

And a handbag was stolen from a car parked at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Toomebridge.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity at and of the church grounds. They are also reminding motorists not to leave valuable items in unattended cars.
