Damaged door of property agency
A 50-year-old man admitted damaging the front door of a property agency by fire when he appeared last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Jerzy Stanislaw Zygmuntowicz, whose address was given as Mourneview Avenue, Lurgan, pleaded guilty to without lawful excuse damaging the front door of the Apex Property Agency on November 2 last year.
District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said that given the nature of the charge a pre-sentence report would be required.
He adjourned the case until May 11 so that a report could be obtained.
