Dashcam footage sought of Larne hit-and-run

Police are urging motorists to check their dashcam recordings to help with inquiries into a hit-and-run collision which took place in Larne on New Year’s Eve.

The appeal was made this morning (Saturday, January 15) in relation to a collision which took place at the Linn Road / Dromaine Drive junction at approximately 6.40pm on Friday, December 31.

A red Hyundai and a dark-coloured SUV-type vehicle were involved.

Polce are urging any witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam footage to make call them on via 101 quoting the reference 1537 of 31/12/21.
