WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 - Cairncastle Ulster-Scots monthly soiree takes place in the Halfway House, Ballygally, this month. Scottish singers Tony and Mathew Collins join the usual line-up. Starts at 8.00pm.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25 - Charity breakfast in the Highways Hotel organised by the Rotary Club of Larne, from 7.45am to 9am. Speaker will be local musician and cricket coach Esler Burke. All proceeds will go to the British Diabetic Association. Tickets 12, including raffle, payable at the door.
