The Dean of Derry, the Very Reverend William Morton, has been appointed as a Deputy Lieutenant of the County Borough of Londonderry.

Dr Angela Garvey, the current Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Londonderry, appointed Dean Morton as a Deputy Lieutenant, with commission bearing from October 31.
