Deaths in the community

The death took place on August 12 at Newry Hospice of Annie Elizabeth (Ann) Bann, wife of the late John, Thornhill Park, Lurgan.

She was the mother of Ian, Isobel and Andrew.

Also regretted by daughters-in-law Heather and Kim, grandchildren, great grandchildren and family circle.

Her funeral was last Thursday to Lurgan Elim Church with interment in Lurgan Cemetery.

Isaac Matthew Douglas

The death took place peacefully at hospital on August 18 of Isaac Matthew Douglas, husband of the late Edwina (Winnie), 34 Carrick Drive, Lurgan.

He was the father of Dian, Edward, Heather, Alistair and Christine.

His funeral was on Wednesday to Shankill Parish Church with interment in Lurgan Cemetery.

Patrick John Clarke

Patrick John Clarke died peacefully on August 19 at Craigavon Area Hospital.

He was the son of the late William and Mary Clarke, formerly of Sloan Street, Lurgan.

He was the brother of Michael and Betty and the late Eileen, Margaret, Annie, Rosena and Eithne.

Also regretted by sister-in-law Elizabeth, nieces, nephews and family circle.

His funeral was on Wednesday to St Peter’s Church with interment in St Colman’s Cemetery.
