Deaths in the community

The death took place peacefully at hospital on June 1 of Nanna Dillon, nee McMurray, wife of the late John Richard, Fortwilliam, Lurganville, Moira.

She was the mother of Winston, Gerald, Marie, Clarence, William and the late Anna.

Her funeral was on Thursday to St John’s Parish Church, Moira, followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.

Joseph Mulholland

The death took place peacefully at Laganvale Nursing home of Joseph Mulholland, 21 St John’s Terrace, Moira.

He was the husband of Susie and brother of Maureen, Noel and the late Seamus.

His funeral was on Thursday to St Colman’s Church, Kilwarlin, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Ivan Nelson

The death took place peacefully at home on June 2 of Ivan Nelson, 29 Carrickdale Avenue, Lurgan.

He was the husband of Teresa and father of Ruth, Gerald, Stephen, Grace and the late Rodney.

His funeral was on Friday to St Paul’s Church followed by interment in St Colman’s Cemetery.

Una Doran

The death took place peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital on June 3 of Una Doran, 22 Manor Park, Lurgan.

She was the wife of the late James and mother of Brendan, Greg, Christopher, Malachy, Colin and the late Jim.

Her funeral was on Sunday to St Paul’s Church followed by interment in St Colman’s Cemetery.

Seamus Magee

The death took place peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital on June 3 of Seamus Magee, 2 Soye Crescent, Lurgan.

He was the husband of Ursula and father of Feargal, Michael, Aine and Conleth.

His funeral was on Sunday to St Peter’s Temporary Church followed by interment in St Colman’s Cemetery.

Elizabeth Hoy Kyle

The death took place peacefully at hospital on June 5 of Elizabeth Hoy (Lily) Kyle, formerly of Enniskeen, Craigavon.

She was the daughter of the late David and Julia Kyle.

Her funeral was on Tuesday to Seagoe Cemetery.

Alex Houston

The death took place peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital on June 7 of Alex Houston, 602 Ardowen, Craigavon.

He was the husband of Pat and father of Theresa and Thomas.

His funeral is today (Thursday) to St Anthony’s Church followed by interment in St John’s Cemetery, Lylo.
