Deaths in the local community

The death occurred of Wayne Thomas Joseph Duke on January 2nd , suddenly at his home, Trasna Way, Lurgan.

He was the beloved son of Gordon and May and much loved brother of Robin and Nicola.

His funeral service took place in Lurgan Free Presbyterian Church followed by interment in Lurgan Cemetery.

Sarah (Sadie) Wilson

The death has occurred of Sarah (Sadie) Wilson (née Cairns) on January 13t at Aughnacloy House.

She was the wife of the late Thomas (late of Dollingstown).

Her funeral service was in St. Saviour’s Parish Church Dollingstown on Friday at 2pm followed by interment in Magheralin Parish Churchyard.

Her funeral was on Sunday from her late residence to St Peter’s Church for am Requiem Mass,

Interment afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery,

Martina McNally passed away peacefully at home on January 15th.

She was the dearly beloved partner of David formerly of Downshire Avenue Taghnevan Lurgan, and loving sister of Lorraine, Brenda, Diane, Shileen, Raymond and Dermot and the late Nigel and Sharon R.I.P,

Her funeral took place on Monday from her sister Brenda’s home, Lurgan Tarry, to St Peter’s Church for Requiem Mass,

Lucinda Jane (Lucy) Dudgeon

The death occurred of Lucinda Jane (Lucy) Dudgeon on January 15th at Lisadian Care Home,.

She was the wife of the late James Dudgeon (late of Henry Court, Moira)

Funeral Service was in Hill Street Presbyterian Church, Lurgan on Monday followed by interment in Ballinode Parish Churchyard, Co. Monaghan.

Eleanor Jane Allen passed away peacefully at hospital on January 15th.

She was the beloved wife of Kenny and much loved mother of Gill and Donna.

David McConaghy passed away peacefully at Glenview Private Nursing Home on January 16th,

He was the husband of Bronagh formerly of Killough Gardens Taghnevan Lurgan and much loved father of Bernadette, Cathy and Yvonne, beloved father-in-law of Aidan and loving grandad of Patrick, Aidan, Dean, Andria, Ceara, David, Megan, Hazel and Lee and great grandad of Ciaron, Eve and Olivia,

His funeral took place on Tuesday at 12 45pm from Jack McLearnon’s Rest Room North Street to St Colman’s Cemetery,

Maureen McGibbon

The death occurred of Maureen McGibbon on January 16th, peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital,

Gordon Martin Hutchison

The death has occurred of Gordon Martin Hutchison on January 14,, peacefully, at hospital.

He was the dearly-loved husband of Margaret and much-loved father of Jason and Gordon, Avonlea Crescent, Craigavon.

Funeral from his late residence on Wednesday 20th January at 11.30am to Roselawn Crematorium, Belfast for Service at 1pm.
