Deaths in the local community

The death took place peacefully on September 20 of Dorothy Fitzpatrick, Templer Court, Lurgan.

She was the mother of Gary, Martin, Debbie, Katherine, Patricia and Oliver.

Her funeral was on Monday to St Peter’s Church followed by interment at St Colman’s Cemetery.

Walter Haughey

The death took place peacefully at Craigavon Hospital on September 20 of Walter Haughey, Gosselin Drive, Lurgan.

He was the father of Sheenagh, Geraldine, Joan, David and Stephen.

His funeral was on Monday to St Peter’s Church followed by interment at St Colman’s Cemetery.

Mary McSherry

The death took place peacefully on September 20 of Mary McSherry, Drumnamoe Avenue, Lurgan.

She was the daughter of the late Francis and Eileen and sister of Irene, Lawrence, Roy, Jennifer, Bronagh and Breige.

Her funeral was on Tuesday to St Peter’s Church followed by interment at St Colman’s Cemetery.
