Denying theft of fitness equipment
A BALLYMENA man is denying stealing an item of fitness equipment, a court has heard.
Paul Wilson (53), of Drumtara, pleaded not guilty to stealing a Slendertone system, when he appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
Wilson is alleged to have taken the item, valued at 119.99, on November 13.
Solicitor Stewart Ballentine said there were “medical aspects” to the case.
Wilson’s case was adjourned until March 4, to fix a date for a contest.
