DISGUSTING
The latest incident came at the weekend when a small child ended up covered in human faeces after playing on a slide in a Council-owned park near Cushendall beach.
Dirty boxer shorts had been left hanging from the railings of the park and human faeces were smeared across the slide.

Cllr McKillop said: “In my job as a councillor, you get a wide range of complaints but this has to be the worst one ever.
“Someone decided to do cover the slide at Cushendall beach with human faeces and also dirty boxers shorts hanging of the rails which resulted in a child getting covered in human faeces.”
Cllr McKillop also expressed outrage at the fact that “some poor Council worker will have to clean it”.

“Council has experienced a number of these incidents around the borough and again, it has been reported to the police service for investigation.
“To clean up each of these incidents is costly to the ratepayer and is very traumatic for those who experience this unsanitary act.
“Council requests that if anyone knows anything about these incidents, please report to your local police station to support their investigation.”
