Disorderly charge is withdrawn
A CHARGE of disorderly behaviour against a Ballymena man has been withdrawn after he agreed to a police caution.
William Picken (29), of Chichester House, had been accused of behaving in a disorderly manner at Chichester Park east on April 2.
