District ILOL No3

THE officers and members of Rasharkin District ILOL No3. held their quarterly meeting recently in Keers Memorial Hall Finvoy.

The members present discussed a varied range of matters pertaining to the lodge.

Brethren were informed that the 12th July celebrations this year would be in Armoy and would be held under the auspices of the brethren of Ballycastle district.

Members were also reminded of all the orange services for this year and everyone was requested to make a special effort to attend as many as possible.

Final arrangements were drawn up for the Rasharkin District service to be held this year in Rasharkin Presbyterian Church on Sunday 30th May at 3.30pm, brethren being asked to assemble at Turnpike at 3.00pm for the parade to the church.

The offering this year will be divided equally between the Church Sunday School and the Benevolent Fund.

As the service this year is in the local village members were requested to make a special effort to be there.

This being all the business the meeting closed and all present were entertained to supper by the host lodge Mullans ILOL No 34.
