The court heard that at 8.40pm at Portadown railway station two people were causing a disturbance.

A co-accused, a male, was shouting loudly and swearing and after being abusive to police he was arrested.

Creaney told police ‘f--k you’ and ‘f--k off’. She could not be arrested at the time but was told she would be reported.

Referring to her record District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said she had entries for disorderly behaviour in 2010 and 2011 and probation had been attempted on two occasions.

A solicitor representing Creaney said she would apologise to the constable and members of the public for her behaviour.

“She simply had far too much drink taken,” he added.
