Do a neighbourly deed this Easter, says MLA Swann

Mr Swann said: “Easter is one of the most important celebrations in the Christian calendar as we remember Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross and His resurrection.

“During His time on earth, one of his most significant messages was contained in the Sermon on the Mount, commonly known as the Beatitudes. The central theme of this sermon was thinking of others.

“In this respect, I encourage all of us to do a good deed for our neighbours this Easter. As a community, facing tough austerity cuts in the weeks ahead, let us rekindle the spirit of good neighbourliness throughout the constituency.

“I wish everyone in the constituency a very happy and peaceful Easter,” said Assemblyman Swann.
