The man has been released on bail pending further enquiries. A police spokeswoman told the Leader, “Inquiries are ongoing.”
Police previously stated that the arrest took place in Banbridge yesterday (Tuesday). However, they have now confirmed that the arrest took place this morning (Wednesday).
