Dog awareness
PUPPIES, pooches and their faithful owners can stay on the right side of the law this September with Craigavon Borough Council’s informative dog awareness days and free dog chipping service.
Organised in partnership with the Dogs Trust and local vets, the event aims to educate local people on their responsibilities as dog owners and provide a free dog chipping service, which will help ensure that if your dog gets lost it can be located and clearly identified.
They will take place on the following dates: Saturday, September 3, 10am-4pm in Lurgan Park; Saturday, September 10, 10am-2pm at Craigavon Watersports Centre; and Wednesday, September 14, 7pm–9.30pm in the Millennium Court, Portadown.
