Meanwhile, new traffic warning signs in Coalisland and Clonoe will help to address safety issues on a number of local roads, including Lower Corr Road, where, Cllr O’Neill claimed drivers were “literally putting their lives at risk”.

“As the oncoming traffic have no warning signs, that cars may be pulling out of Lower Corr and the hidden dip on the road makes it even more dangerous, So it was also quickly agreed that signs go up immediately, and to take a look what else can be done to help when coming out onto that very busy road.”
