Doggy tales: Beauty and the beast!

Lana is a female Rottweiler.

She is approximately three years old.

Little Lenny is a male long haired Chihuahua (approximately 2 years old).

The pair were rescued by the volunteers from local charity Causeway Coast Dog Rescue earlier this month.

Maggie from the charity explains that it’s a friendship like she has never seen before.

“These two were found in Limavady together.

“They are best friends, so I would like to get them a rehomed together.

“Lana is a very affectional rottwiler, Lenny believe it or not is her protector,” joked Maggie.

They might look like an odd couple but their bond is heartwarming.
