Donal is fired up

REACTING to the recent announcement in the Assembly by Minister Edwin Poots in which he declared that there was currently no capital funding in the budget to take forward the proposed new Community Fire Station in Ballycastle, SDLP Councillor Dónal Cunningham is asking Moyle Council to take this up with the Minister’s Department as soon as possible. “After finally receiving planning permission for the project last October, it is disappointing to learn that no provision had been made within the current financial year’s budget to progress the project.”
