Donnelly to appealsix month term
Londonderry independent councillor Gary Donnelly is to appeal a six month sentence for criminal damage, imposed after he, and two others, daubed political slogans on the Derry Walls.
The sentence was imposed on Wednesday (November 5). An appeal will be heard in January.
