Donnelly's showroom serves up fantasticsavings

The Donnelly Group are one of the largest motor retailers across Northern Ireland and operate Land Rover, Honda, Mitsubishi, Seat, Citroen and Volkswagen from the Moy Road site.

The Moy Road retail complex has undergone significant changes over the last five months, affecting most of the showroom areas, including the sales and servicing environments, but the end result is one that Group Managing Director, Terence Donnelly, believes will have a positive impact on the customer experience.

"The last five months has seen an incredible amount of change for the Moy road retail complex," said Mr Donnelly.

Special opening offers for Dungannon

"This is a new stage in the development of our Dungannon site. We have a great complex for our customers to visit and over the next few weeks we will have some special offers across a range of vehicles for our customers to take advantage of. We hope to have on display over 200 cars from the Honda, Seat, Mitsubishi and Citroen ranges all at ‘special’ prices to celebrate the re-opening of the complex," said Mr Donnelly.

"It will be the best time ever to buy a car from us - a great facility, the highest levels of customer service and some superb cars on special offer."

New Honda showroom and new site for Mitsubishi

"At the start of the year we introduced Donnelly Honda to the site, to great acclaim. As a result we had to reposition another franchise and a decision was made at the time to reinvigorate the whole complex, which has worked out really well for us but more importantly will make the customer experience an even better one than before."

"Everything we do as a group revolves around customer service and we had the customer very much in mind when we were making the improvements to the site.

"First of all we have a new Honda showroom on the site, which personally, I am incredibly proud of. It’s a fantastic brand and the facilities for the mechanics and the showroom are the best.

"In addition, we have repositioned the Mitsubishi franchise to a new showroom on the site, giving them more showroom space and better facilities for customers," continued Mr Donnelly.

Seat and Citroen increase showroom space

"Whilst the VW Commercial vehicles showroom remains in the same place, we have redeveloped the Seat showroom, and now we have a more contemporary showroom which is more befitting of their exciting range of products. It is a beautiful space, and every effort has been made to make the customer feel comfortable in these surroundings – whether they call for a service or a test drive.

"Arguably one of the biggest changes to the site is within the Citroen Showroom, where we have almost doubled the amount of space giving a more contemporary feel and presentation, in fitting with a superb Citroen range."

Stephen Watson, formerly of Watson Motors, who has moved with his team to the Donnelly Group at the Moy Road, is thrilled with the new facilities at the site.

"The technical expertise and the state of the art diagnostic equipment adds real value to the service department, and gives customers genuine support and piece of mind when they leave their cars in for servicing. It’s been a great time to get involved with the Donnelly Group and I am excited at the prospect of inviting our customers to the site," added Mr Watson.

Keeping the customer central to everything

Company Director, Raymond Donnelly gave support to his brother’s view that the customer was key to the redevelopment work.

"Our business has been built on the highest levels of customer service, and throughout the group we work hard to keep the customer central to everything we do. For quite some time, we have been aware of the parking issues across the site but have been physically limited as to what we could do. Now that the site has been redesigned and redeveloped, we are able to cater for more customers throughout the site, which is great news."
