Draperstown man charged with having broken bottle and assaulting police
A Draperstown man has been in court accused of having an offensive weapon in his possession, a broken bottle.
Before Magherafelt Magistrates Court was Francis Bernard Joseph McCrory (42), of Glenelly Villas.
McCrory also faces charges of assaulting police and disorderly behaviour at Rainey Street, Magherafelt, on August 1.
He was released on personal bail of £300, with conditions including that he consumes no alcohol, until September 9.
