Drenagh creditorsare given notice

The creditors of Drenagh Farms Limited, which is in administration, are being invited to prove their debts by May 12.Jason Daniel Baker of FRP Advisory LLP, the Joint Administrator of the Company, is inviting creditors to send the proof within the next three weeks.“A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before the debt was proved,” a notice has declared.
