The court heard that on November 1 last year at 12.15am police saw a car cut a corner at Lake Road and then crossing white lines before they stopped it at Balteagh Road.

O’Loan was driving and there was a smell of alcohol on her breath.

An evidential test gave a reading of 62 - the legal limit is 35

A barrister representing the defendant said she regretted her actions.

She was due to get a job but needed her licence and that job was no longer an option for her.
