For the remaining three offences he was fined a total of £450.

He was also ordered to pay an offender’s levy of £15.

On 14 January, 2016, a DVA Enforcement Officer noted a car driven by Mundziel stop outside a food processing factory in Portadown on two occasions.

On each occasion Mundziel was seen accepting money from the passengers.

Further investigation was carried out at the scene and follow up checks revealed that Mr Mundziel did not hold a Taxi Driver’s Licence or Taxi Operator’s Licence and his vehicle was not licensed or insured for use as a taxi.
