Driver fled hit andrun in Shantallow
The driver of a white Renault 4x4 crashed into a blue Ford Galaxy damaging their wing mirror before clearing off in a Shantallow hit-and-run.
Constable McGuinness, the investigating officer, said that on Saturday, August 22, at about 9.30pm a man was driving his blue Ford Galaxy on the Racecourse Road.
On his approach to Ballyarnett Roundabout, his vehicle was struck by a white Renault 4x4. The Renault made off from the scene. Damage was sustained to the driver’s wing mirror of the offending vehicle.
