Simon Graham, Millennium Way, Lurgan, was also fined £100 and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

For not having a driving licence he was fined £100.

The court heard he was stopped by a police patrol at Drumgor Heights in Craigavon and it transpired he had no licence or insurance.

A solicitor representing the defendant said that he had relevant previous convictions.

She explained that Graham had never had a licence but intended to get legally onto the road.
