Driving charges are withdrawn by prosecution
A man charged with taking a motor vehicle without permission or insurance has had the allegation against him withdrawn.
Paul Kennedy (20), of Summerhill Walk, Dunmurry was alleged to have committed the offence on May 8.
He was also charged with driving whilst disqualified also on that date. All charges against him were withdrawn.
